How much is shipping?
Enjoy free shipping on orders $99 and over, otherwise a flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping applies.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days. Australia Post delivery generally takes a further 2 to 6 business days, depending on your location. Tracking details will be provided.
How do the curated bundles work?
Each curated bundle includes three art prints for the price of two. The offer is already included in the bundle price.
Can I view your artwork in person?
A curated selection is available at House of Handmade in Richmond, Melbourne. My complete collection is available online.
How do custom prints work?
Select a custom design and enter your personalisation details on the product page. Please check all information carefully, as your print will be created using the details supplied.
Do you offer framing services?
Not currently. All art prints are sold unframed in standard A-series sizes, making it easy to find a frame that suits your space.
What if there’s a problem with my order?

Do you offer international shipping?
I do not currently offer international shipping, however please contact support@jamesdow.au if you're overseas and interested in a particular print.
