REFUND POLICY

As all my travel prints are printed to order to avoid mass-production and waste, I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges based on change of mind, on sale items, or limited edition products. For that reason I have provided detailed descriptions and careful consideration should be given to those descriptions prior to making a purchase. Please reach out to support@jamesdow.au with any questions you may have before purchase.

If you purchased directly before a sale, I unfortunately cannot price match or refund the difference of the item.

If your travel print was damaged in transit, please email support@jamesdow.au within 48 hours of receiving your order so I can evaluate the issue. Include your order confirmation number, details, and a photo of the damaged product within your email. I will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund and provide instructions accordingly.
